Our Cinema, Café and Bar
How many seats does the auditorium have?
We have 104 seats, 70 downstairs (including one wheelchair space) and 34 upstairs. Rows A to F are downstairs with double 'sofa' seats in Row F, and Rows X to Z are upstairs, with double 'sofa' seats in Row Z.
All seats have drinks holders
and/or small table to put your snacks on. Aside from the auditorium, we also have capacity to sit guests all around the cinema, in the foyer, the courtyard, and our upstairs seating area.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have one wheelchair space in the auditorium, the 4th space in Row A, a wheelchair accessible
restroom and our café-bar area is situated on the ground floor. We also have a
large (seasonally) heated outdoor courtyard. Please note however, as our building is listed, we do not have lift.
What films do you show?
Our programme comprises an exciting mix of current releases & blockbusters,
family films, classics, foreign language and cult. Parade Picks are our top
picks of something a little bit different: foreign language, art house,
documentaries. We run a Kids’ Club at the weekend, as well as Parent & Baby
screenings, and the best of Event Cinema – showcasing live (and pre-recorded) performances from of The Royal Ballet and Opera, concerts,
exhibitions and sporting events on the big screen. From time to time we occasionally also host special
Q&As with film makers and actors.
Do you show adverts and trailers? Is there an interval?
Yes,
we have adverts and trailers, just like other cinemas. There are usually 20 minutes of adverts and trailers before each film. Please note, there are no intervals for films, but the majority of our Event Cinema showings feature at least one interval.
Can I hire the cinema?
Yes! We’d love to host your parties, events, business meetings or gathering
whether during the day or in the evening. We have full conferencing facilities
and you can even request to see your favourite film (subject to availability;
extra charges may apply). It is possible to hire the auditorium on its own, or
the auditorium plus café space. You can find more information here:
Can I come to the café without watching a film?
Absolutely. We are open from 09.30am until late every day, offering delicious
home-made cakes, coffee, light bites and cinema favourites - all from our fully licensed bar. For more information our café, please click here:
Do you have parking?
We do not have our own on-site parking, however, there are many car parks in
Marlborough including. 2 hours free parking in The Parade (no limit after 6pm until the following morning). The next nearest car park is just round the corner at Kennet Place.
Do you have air-conditioning?
We do! Both our café-bar, auditorium, and upstairs seating area are air-conditioned, providing cool air in the summer, and heating in the winter, so you can be comfortable year-round. In the colder months, we also have heating in our beautiful courtyard.
What are your opening times?
We are open daily from 9.30am until the last film of the day finishes.
How can I contact you?
Where possible, we encourage that you come in
and see us in person; however, where this isn't possible, please email hello@theparadecinema.com. Alternatively, you can call 01672 646232.

Tickets can be purchased here, on our website, or in person at the
cinema. To avoid disappoint, we encourage visitors to book ahead.
Are tickets refundable?
You are able to amend your booking, by accessing your account page on the
website, before the day of the showing. A refund or credit can also be arranged by our cinema team if
you are able to pop into the cinema. Please be careful when booking your
tickets to ensure that you have booked the correct date, time and seat/s. In
all cases, refunds and changes to bookings may not occur after the day of the
showing.

Yes! Gift e-vouchers up to the value of £100 can be purchased online here: Gift vouchers (theparadecinema.com)

How do I redeem my gift voucher or gift card?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online using the unique code (beginning with 'G' on e-vouchers - be sure to exclude the hashtag - and the long number of physical gift cards). Be sure to apply your unique code at the very end of the checkout where it says 'Gift Card', not 'Voucher'. You do not have to use the full amount in one go.

Dogs certainly are welcome at the cinema. At present, we allow dogs into the foyer and our courtyard. Dogs are not allowed upstairs, or into the auditorium.
Can I take my food and drink into the cinema?
